energy boosters!!!!!

always lethargic? too tired for games, exercise, or even watching tv?!?!


then try out these unusual "remedies" for worn out muscles and minds..

1. change your socks - apparently fresh socks keep you fresh too :)

2. rethink your workout time - night workouts may make you stay up longer than you're supposed to, thus contributing to lack of proper sleep. try early morning, pre- or post- breakfast workouts instead.

3. eat chia seeds - favored by the Aztecs for their energy-boosting properties, 'nuff said!

4. sniff some citrus - yeap, lemons, oranges, limes, grapefruits will perk you up some!

5. get on your toes - to get your blood flow going, thus enhancing alertness
