•Mash eight strawberries with one tablespoon mayonnaise.
•Massage into washed, damp hair.
•Cover with a shower cap, then a warm towel.
•Wash out with a shampoo/conditioner combination.

one great hair tip that she knows really works? give it some sunlight! no kidding! don't get it torched, just warmed up, and you'll see livelier hair.

of course, a great haircare system is vital too if you have "abnormal" hair. :D try out the sunsilk range. if it doesn't work, try out another brand contact her personally for other tips :P

i woke up this morning and my hair was in a mess!!
i like!! haha. =)

i love the out of bed look! hehe.
so, what i did was just apply my

ooh. a great tip for messy hair: to give your hair more volume when messy. place your fingers on either side of your head and push upwards. do the same for the back of your hair.

and to add to the Sarawak trivia, YES, we do live in trees!
in fact, i live in a banana tree.
it's very strong btw, not like other banana trees that you see around.
people who are scared of heights live in bushes though.
but when i go "scribble notes on pulp from the tree barks and place 'em folded notes in orbitting satellite dishes",LAWL i have to climb a...a...well, a very tall tree. (ihavenoideaswhatnamesoftalltreesarebutyoudonthavetoknowthatidontknowaye)

Raya's just around the corner and that's a GOODfood thing!
because we get a one week holiday muahahaha, and also the food lah.

it's nice that we have a break for raya actually, cos after raya, my spm trials will be continuing. :(

Sunsilk Blog to Paris - Me LOIKES!

lol before she forgets, this blog was supposed to introduce the Sunsilk Blog to Paris Contest.

she found out about this contest just a couple of days ago, and had to rally up a team. basically what she did was ask amanda, and they both could pick another friend each. she decided to choose a cousin, while amanda picked an obvious choice - the bestie :D

so anyways, the team had to meet up and discuss the mechanics of the competition, as well as how they were gonna device a plan to make sure they win this contest (and more, let's hope)

she shan't be letting you in on their dark trade secrets, but be sure to keep guessin'!

Trivia - Sarawak

hey hey! she thinks this time round, she will open up the treasure chest a little more to reveal some things about mixtape. they are from Sarawak, Land of the Hornbill.

and yes, like most of the rest of Sarawak, they still live on trees. trees that are taller than any skyscraper man could ever built. did you know that most of the skyscrapers around the world are constructed by Sarawakians because no one else on Earth dares to climb that high? little bit of trivia there for ya ;)

more facts? they don't have internet facilities here. actually, they don't need it. asshe said before, their trees are giants, reaching the sky so they basically use charcoal to scribble notes on pulp from the tree barks and place 'em folded notes in orbitting satellite dishes, which in turn scan the words and blast 'em onto every living computer (whatever that is). that convenient.

she's not really one for blogging, but this effort has gotta pay off. holiday please. a trip somewhere out of town is already fantastic but an all-expense trip to a foreign country she'd never even dreamt of going to? Booyah! Game on!

discovering new things has always been a favourite for her. seeing new places always kicks in more than the adrenaline needed. she has always dreamt of travelling the world.. globetrotting? jet-setting? country hopping? you name it, she'll (try to) give it a try..

sometimes she thinks to herself.. when is she gonna be able to just pack her bags and take off? have you ever had such thoughts? where is she gonna go, no one knows.

Hey all!

Just a brief intro on who Mixtape

are, and how they got the name. As you can see up there, there's a short description about them, so that's what you'll know about them for now ;)

As to how they came up with the name Mixtape, let's just say that they had to face the obstacles of a snow blitz and desert sandstorm before finally settling on this simple name which was right in front of them all the while.

Oh and yes, she likes drama. Who is she? You'll soon have a chance to find out,sheain't gonna wax all gossip girl on ya.

So yeah, why mixtape? Because they are different that's why. Like every song one can find in a mixtape. Different from each other, and from the everyone else too. Not the typical team of "four best friends who grew up together" or the "clique of girls who hit it off on the first day of college". Not that they have a thing against those, but like was said, they really aren't any of those. In fact, two team members only met for the first time upon the "putting together" of Mixtape.

Before this writer gets too carried away with this, let her just ask... have you been looking for a blog worth following? a blog with some mystery but much insight into peoples' lives? then read this regularly! Your daily (hopefully) source of humour and new findings :D
